Bovenzi Inc has built residential homes for a variety of clients
and has spent a great deal of time working and re-developing properties and urban areas
in an effort to improve communities throughout North Central Massachusetts.
One of our projects was to work with the United Way.

This charity home project was built by the United Way of Central Massachusetts
Community Development Division, headed by Peter Bovenzi. The gorgeous 2-story,
five-bedroom Colonial is located atop Sheldon Hill with broad views of Leominster
and the surrounding area. The home was sold in 2002 for $500,000,
with all proceeds donated to the United Way, in effort to aid
local social-service organizations hit by budget cuts.
